A Fantastic Local
Just 150 yards from Homeleigh Farm is the Maltsters Arms; the local pub and restaurant.
This family run pub serves lunch and evening meals, ranging from bar meals through table d'hote and cordon bleu meals. It has a reputation of being the fish restaurant on the east side of the Estuary. (You can always make the comparison by going across the ferry to Padstow and eat at Rick Stein's). While you are there try some Doom Bar, an ale brewed by Sharp's Brewery, a local brewer based in St Minver.
After a drink and a meal, the Maltsters Arms has the advantage of only being a short walk home. |
