Caravan Club Certificated Location

HOMELEIGH FARM lies on the edge of the charming village of Chapel Amble within a short drive of the North Cornwall coast, the Camel Estuary and some of the finest amenities of the Cornish holiday scene.

We are open this year between 1st April and 31st October and are now taking bookings for both 2023 and 2024. We recommend you contact us as soon as you have fixed your holiday dates, particularly if you require a pitch during the spring or summer holidays. Why not try in early summer when space is more readily available.

Our tariffs for 2024 are as follows:

Between 1st April and 23rd May, 3rd and 30th June, and 1st September and 31st October.

Pitch with electric hook up is £19.00 per night for van, attached awning and car.
£2.00 per night for additional car

Between 24th May and 2nd June, and 1st July and 31st August.

Pitch with electric hook up is £22.00 per night for van, attached awning and car.

£2.00 per night for additional car.

We make a small charge for some of the supplementary facilities.

Certificated Location

At our Certificated Location at Homeleigh Farm we have FIVE pitches with electric hook ups set in a one and a quarter acre paddock. Being a Caravan Club site it is only available to Caravan Club members. The site is gently sloping with fine short meadow grass. In addition we have a further five acres of paddocks available to play games, fly a kite or just stroll. With this amount of space, well behaved pets as well as children of all ages are very welcome.
As part of the Farmhouse we provide a shower room with electric power shower, WC, wash hand basin, shaver point, hair drying point. Adjoining this is a Utility Room with washing machines and tumble dryers as well as use of a fridge and freezer space.

Terms and Conditions

• 1.To help us and your fellow caravanners, we would be grateful if you would time your arrival and departure to between 10 am and 7pm.
• 2.Well-behaved pets are welcome, but please ensure that you always clear up any mess they might make.
• 3.At Easter week and May half term, we require a minimum booking of five nights, or the equivalent in pitch charge.
• 4.The balance of payment is due on arrival and can be made with most debit/credit cards, by cash or bank transfer.
• 5.Any deposit taken is non-refundable, and you are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance, in addition to any other holiday or travel insurance that you might require.
• 6.The owners can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for loss, nor damage to vehicles or effects brought onto the property.
